The forum released the "Shanghai Nature Education Action Plan (2023-2025)" (referred to as the "Outline").

The "Outline" proposes that by 2025, Shanghai will establish 50 Shanghai nature education schools (bases), train 100 nature educators, build 30 well-known nature education brands and nature education teams with Shanghai characteristics, and establish Shanghai's nature education industry group standards .

The "Shanghai Nature Education Action Plan (2023-2025)" proposes to build a well-known nature education brand and nature education team with Shanghai characteristics, and strive to become a pioneer in nature education in cities across the country.

The "Outline" specifically deploys from five aspects including "creating a characteristic brand of nature education in Shanghai". We will carry out themed publicity activities and ecological civilization education practice activities, build a well-known nature education brand and nature education team with Shanghai characteristics, and strive to become the pioneer of nature education in cities across the country.

One of the key tasks proposed in the "Outline" is to "complete and release the white paper on nature education in Shanghai ". The "Outline" requires in-depth research on the basic situation of Shanghai's natural education institutions (industry management departments, scientific research institutions, social organizations, etc.), brand project development, application of research results, audience needs and satisfaction, and other aspects. In the future, nature education will put forward guiding opinions and release a professional and authoritative white paper on nature education.

The "Outline" proposes to start the training of natural educators combining online theoretical training and offline practical assessment, complete 6 offline natural educator training courses within three years, and guide students to produce standardized activity plans or courseware, focusing on Combining biodiversity protection with urban nature education practice, cultivate a high-quality talent team for local nature education .

In addition, the "Outline" also proposes to organize Shanghai natural education social organizations, related associations and societies to give full play to their own advantages and formulate group standards in light of the actual situation; increase efforts to create Shanghai natural education schools (bases), and carry out three batches of Shanghai natural education within three years Natural education schools (bases) declare and select work.
