    Zhu Xiaobo, a professor at the University of Science and Technology of China and the chief quantum computing engineer of "Zuchongzhi", told reporters that the number of bits is an important indicator to measure the computing power of a quantum computer. The R&D team of the University of Science and Technology of China made an improvement on the basis of the original 66-bit chip of "Zuchongzhi No. 2", and added a control interface of 110 coupling bits, making the number of qubits that users can manipulate reached 176 bits. In addition to the bit scale, in terms of key indicators related to the performance of quantum computers such as connectivity, fidelity, and coherence time, the design indicators of the new generation of quantum computers connected to the "Zuchongzhi" cloud platform are also aimed at the international advanced level, and continuous debugging improves performance. .
